From one geek to another

I am a level one noob, a padawan learner. I know near to nothing about cooking. My name is Dory and I’m a geek. This blog is my secret passageway into living out some of my favorite stories, through food. My mission? To track down inspired fantasy cookbooks and test their recipes, gain experience, and level up.  

I’m a full time mom and a full time daydreamer. I discovered that although I’m inexperienced, I love to cook. Cooking for my friends and family is a passion–and so are game nights–but I’m tired of bringing boxed pizza to the round table. I want to create delicious, fandom inspired meals that’d keep hobbits coming for second breakfast time and time again. What better way to learn than with my new party of adventurers here in this blog?
